Refund Policy

At Notizo, we strive to provide you with quality products and a smooth shopping experience. This policy outlines when and how refunds are processed.


1. Eligibility for Refund

You may request a refund if:

• Your order is cancelled before Dispatch ( Dispatch is Done in 4 to 6 Hours )

• You receive a defective or damaged product (proof must be provided within 48 hours of delivery).

• You return the product in unused condition, in its original packaging, within the return period stated in our Return Policy.


2. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

• Items that have been used, opened, or damaged after delivery.

• Products purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional offers.

• Customised or personalised products made specifically for the customer.

• Products that are unsealed from original packaging.

• Items damaged due to improper handling by the customer.

• Orders placed with Cash on Delivery (COD) where the customer refuses delivery.

• Any product returned without original packaging and accessories.



3. Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using your original payment method.
